KUALA LUMPUR: Grey Group Kuala Lumpur today rewarded three creative sparks in the agency for their consistency in producing creative ideas that realized the core philosophy of Grey Ideation!
Kuala Lumpur, Grey Group Kuala Lumpur today rewarded three creative sparks in the agency for their consistency in producing creative ideas that realized the core philosophy of Grey Ideation! Kenny Loh, Leong Siew Yee and Thierry Goyatton, all from G2, collectively received RM 10,000.00 as due recognition for their efforts today from Nicky Lim, Chief Executive Officer of Grey Group KL. One of the first in the creative industry to reward their employees in such a way, Grey has internalized a culture of encouraging its people to think creatively and get recognized for their effort.
The Best Idea Award was initiated so ensure that the philosophy of Ideation will be realized within the organization and to drive its people to not only work creatively but also to think innovatively. The award is open throughout the year to all Grey employees but will only be judged in the months of July and December. Following Grey's business approach of Ideation & Integration, ideas have to be integrated to include both above the line and below the line methods to either make money, save money or make the company or client famous! The contest has been continued for 2008. Nicky Lim explains, Ideas are Greys currency as we thrive to provide the best ideas to benefit our clients, and Ideation is the platform to succeed in developing creative business approaches. We plan to outdo the competition consistently, on the basis of great through the line ideation that wins and works in the real world The winning idea was a trade advocacy program for Guinness Anchor Berhad Malaysia's brands like Guinness, Heineken, Tiger, and Kilkenny. Named The Guinness Academy, it was Guinness Anchor Berhad Malaysia's ground-breaking program to help enhance their brand positioning in the long run. Kenny Loh of the winning team said, We owe this fantastic reward to Grey as the management is always supportive when it comes to developing new ideas. This Best Idea Award is a great way to recognize the most important asset of the agency its people, and to recognize their contribution to our client's success. Grey currently has over 200 creative personnel and offices in Kuala Lumpur and Penang. It recently won the CRM, Malay and Youth segment of the coveted Digi Business. |
