4As Introduces Putra Brand Awards!

As an extension of the Malaysia’s Most Valuable Brands (MMVB) Awards, the Putra Brand Awards is a recognition and brand valuation exercise initiated by the Association of Accredited Advertising Agents Malaysia (4As) not only to recognise public-listed companies but also local brands and SMEs. While MMVB measures best brands by financial valuation, the Putra Brand Awards will measures best brands by consumer preferences and will be launched on January 14.

In a statement, the 4As announced that the awards stands as the only authority on brand equity measurement in Malaysia stewarded by a board of governors consisting of the 4A’s, CEO of the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE), also Chairman of the Board of Governors and well-known brand leaders of their respective industries.

4As senior Council member Jennifer Chan, Group Chief Executive of BBDO/Proximity Malaysia will be Chairperson of the Putra Brand Awards.
